The basic premise of this analysis of the present situation is that the large majority of our dedicated practitioners simply "don't know what they don't know" about the best ways to carry out their proffesional practice ! this may sound simplistic and impossible to prove, but it is probably simply an axiomatic statement to make in todays increasingly complex society.
