The major objective of this book is to present the student and the general user of health and environment sciences, a clear to the point and usable knowledge. This book was motivated by the desire we and others have had to further study the health education and environmental studies in a easy mode and simple language. The first goal is to give beginning health and environment sciences a solid foundation for further study. However, health education and environmental studies is becoming increasingly important in a much wider range of health, fitness and environment disciplines. Therefore, a second goal is to give those students who will not take advanced courses in health education and environmental studies the conceptual tools that the field provides.
